Supporters of California's ban on same-sex marriage had some harsh words for U.S. District Court Judge Vaughn Walker in their filing at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last week.
Attorney Charles J. Cooper accused Walker of being unfair in his treatment of their side and blind to judicial precedent when he struck down Proposition 8 as unconstitutional earlier this month.
