Producers to be Sentenced for Bribes

The case against the two film producers marks the first foreign bribery convictions against players the entertainment industry.

LOS ANGELES - Nearly a year after a jury found two film producers guilty of foreign bribery crimes that are rarely applied to the entertainment industry, the federal judge in the hotly watched case is set to sentence the couple Thursday.
