FTC Sues Discount Health Plans

The Federal Trade Commission has filed charges against California-based HealthcareOne as part of a nationwide sweep on so-called discount health plans.

The Federal Trade Commission announced Wednesday that it filed charges against Arizona-based HealthcareOne and took over its operations Sunday as part of a nationwide sweep against phony discount health plans.
