Skype Files for $100 Million Initial Public Offering

Less than a year after eBay Inc. sold a majority of its stake in real-time telecommunications service Skype A.G. to an investment group, the now-independent company filed Monday for a $100 million initial public offering.

Less than a year after eBay Inc. sold a majority of its stake in real-time telecommunications service Skype A.G. to an investment group, the now-independent company filed Monday for a $100 million initial public offering.
