Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan recently settled a malpractice lawsuit brought by former client Tele Atlas, Quinn Emanuel partner Christopher Tayback confirmed Thursday. The suit, filed in San Francisco Superior Court on Feb. 17, 2009, was scheduled to go to trial in February 2011. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
