SAN FRANCISCO - The 1st District Court of Appeal appeared reluctant Wednesday to revive a legal malpractice lawsuit against Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel Inc., dealing a likely blow to Robert Pack, the disgruntled former client of the law firm.
Wednesday's oral arguments is the latest chapter in a series of meandering court proceedings between Pack and Hoge Fenton.
