Homeowners settle copper pipe suit for $7M

A $7 million settlement was approved Friday between William Lyon Homes Inc and nearly 450 homeowners over defective copper pipes causing leaks in Orange County.

Nearly 450 homeowners in south Orange County reached a $7 million settlement with Williams Lyon Homes Inc. over claims of defective copper pipes.
