Commission on Judicial Performance ousts Tulare County judge

Valeriano Saucedo must leave the bench after CJP finds multiple ethics violations.

Tulare County Superior Court Judge Valeriano Saucedo must leave the bench, the Commission on Judicial Performance ruled Tuesday.

Saucedo ran into trouble in 2013 after an attempt to create a "special friendship" with clerk Priscilla Tovar, according to the commission's ruling.
