Riverside County could exclude city from debt relief deal, judge rules

A Riverside County Superior Court judge Monday said the county has discretionary authority to exclude the city of Eastvale from a debt-relief deal.

RIVERSIDE - A Riverside County Superior Court judge Monday said the county has discretionary authority to exclude the city of Eastvale from a debt-relief deal outlined in Senate Bill 107 despite the fact that Riverside officials had entered into agreements with the three other cities listed in the measure.
