Man found factually innocent on the basis of ineffective assistance of counsel

After a host of "monumental" defense attorney failures and a mishandled police investigation put an innocent man behind bars for nearly 15 years, the Northern California Innocence Project last week secured a factual finding of innocence for Larry Pohlschneider on the basis of ineffective assistance of counsel.
