Stubbs Alderton, Latham help with Kotura's $82 million sale
Stubbs Alderton & Markiles LLP represented Monterey Park-based Kotura Inc. in its sale to Israeli network chip company Mellanox Technologies Ltd. for $82 million, a deal announced Thursday. Latham & Watkins LLP represented Mellanox.
Kotura uses its silicon photonics technology to solve communications problems.
