Plaintiffs who won a wage-and-hour lawsuit against a Chinese-language newspaper will have to argue for class certification again, according to a decision Monday from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Applying the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in Wal-Mart v. Dukes, the court remanded the case to a district court, putting plaintiffs' $5.2 million award in jeopardy.
