Bar passage and social justice at Whittier

There is a serious mistake in some of the reports that Whittier Law School will no longer accept a first-year class and eventually close its doors. The reports claim the law school's bar passage rate does not satisfy the American Bar Association's bar passage standard. This is wrong; the school does satisfy the ABA standard.

The mistake lies in the failure to recognize the mission of schools like Whittier and understand the reform that was achieved in 2005-08.
