Legislature considering asbestos bills

Two bills that were recently introduced in the California Legislature's February session that impact asbestos litigation: Senate Bill 632 and Assembly Bill 1056.

Two bills that were recently introduced in the California Legislature's February session that impact asbestos litigation: Senate Bill 632, regarding asbestos deposition limits, and Assembly Bill 1056, which would enact the Asbestos Trust Transparency Claim Act and make revisions to trial preferences under Code of Civil Procedure Section 36.
