Munger Tolles helps Berkshire Hathaway buy Heinz for $28 billion


Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP represented Omaha, Neb.-based Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in its joint purchase with 3G Capital Management LLC of H.J. Heinz Co. for $28 billion in cash.
