Prosecutors gear up to try 'cold case' murder charge against Chula Vista attorney

RIVERSIDE - Opening statements are expected today in the cold case murder trial of a Chula Vista attorney who allegedly shot to death a Victorville woman months after the woman accused him of molesting her young daughters 23 years ago.
