Howrey files adversary suits worth nearly $8 million together

The Howrey LLP estate has filed a flurry of adversary cases over the past week, seeking to recover more than $7.7 million as it approaches its deadline for filing lawsuits related to the firm's bankruptcy.

The firm filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on June 6, 2011.
