Messy divorce sends lawyer packing
Plaintiffs' lawyer Raymond Boucher is moving to a new firm, citing the drain on firm resources caused by his divorce. Boucher helped secure a $660 million settlement from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2007.

Raymond P. Boucher, a prominent plaintiffs' lawyer whose messy divorce spiraled into bankruptcy and allegations of criminal activity last year, is leaving his partnership at Kiesel & Larson LLP.
Boucher is joining Shawn Khorrami as a partner in the plaintiff-side law firm, which will be renamed Khorrami Boucher Sumner Sanguinetti LLP.
