Judge OKs settlement between Heller estate, Greenberg Traurig over malpractice claims
A judge approved a $4.9 million settlement between the Heller Ehrman LLP estate and Greenberg Traurig LLP Friday.

A judge approved a $4.9 million settlement between the Heller Ehrman LLP estate and Greenberg Traurig LLP Friday. The settlement resolves the estate's claims that Greenberg was professionally negligent in its prior role as special counsel for the liquidation administrator early on in the bankruptcy proceedings.
