Judge approves Dewey estate's settlement with former chairman, insurer

A bankruptcy judge approved a settlement Thursday between the Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP estate, the firm's former chairman, Steven H. Davis, and XL Specialty Insurance Corp., the former firm's primary insurer.

A bankruptcy judge approved a settlement Thursday between the Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP estate, the firm's former chairman, Steven H. Davis, and XL Specialty Insurance Corp., the former firm's primary insurer.
