PASADENA - The same panel of appellate judges that earlier this year handed Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. control over the Superman character heard oral arguments Thursday over who owns the other half of the superhero.
The studio and the heirs of two deceased comic strip writers who invented Superman have been in court for more than a decade fighting over the lucrative comic book hero.
