A glimmer of hope in the California court budget crisis

Across the nation, 29 state court systems are facing severe budget cuts that will likely result in delayed justice for many citizens. California has been no exception. In their desperate efforts to stem the tide of red ink in Sacramento, legislators have cut $350 million from the state court budget, with more cuts to follow. One newspaper is calling it "Courtmageddon."
