Equal pay bill a much needed fix
When women earn less than their fair share, that loss not only harms women, but also weakens families, communities and our entire economy. By Jeffrey Lowe

Currently, women overall earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by men in the workplace. The numbers are even lower for women of color: African American women are earning 64 cents and Latinas are earning 54 cents for every dollar earned by a white male.
