Legal market analysts remember 2012 starting off strong. But the year was marred by fallout from the collapse of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and the merger of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, both of which booted partners into the market.
