Orange County judge being investigated for alleged sexual favors
Authorities said Friday they were continuing to investigate allegations that Orange County Superior Court Judge Scott Steiner had sex with a woman and then helped her secure a job in the district attorney's office.

Authorities said Friday they were continuing to investigate allegations that an Orange County Superior Court judge helped a woman he had sex with get a job with the district attorney's office. If found true, the claims against Judge Scott Steiner, a three-year member of the county bench, could have dire consequences for the well-regarded judge whose cases have often piqued media interest.
