Judge rejects Apple's bid to kill privacy case, cites discovery violations

A federal judge has denied Apple Inc.'s motion for summary judgment in a suit alleging that it gathered location data from unwitting users, cites discovery violations.

A federal judge has denied Apple Inc.'s motion for summary judgment in a suit alleging that it gathered location data from unwitting users, citing the Cupertino-based technology company's failure to produce relevant documents during discovery.
