Samsung aiming to stay Apple's second patent lawsuit

Lawyers for Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. are jousting over a federal judge's suggestion to stay their second patent suit until the first one is resolved, a decision that could have major consequences.

A federal judge dropped her own idea to stay the second patent lawsuit between Apple Inc and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Friday after both sides jousted over the idea.
