Jury convicts OC doctor of Medicare fraud
An Orange County doctor was convicted Thursday of fraudulently billing medical procedures and prescriptions, bilking nearly $3 million in illegitimate Medicare reimbursements.

An Orange County doctor was convicted Thursday of fraudulently billing medical procedures and prescriptions as part of a scheme that bilked nearly $3 million in illegitimate Medicare reimbursements.
A jury found Dr. Agustus Ohemeng guilty of six counts of health care fraud after a trial in front of U.S. District Court Judge Christina A. Snyder.
