Fenwick hosts its seed-funding legal documents through GitHub

Fenwick & West LLP announced Wednesday that the latest version of its Series Seed documents have been hosted on the widely-used, code sharing website GitHub Inc. in what a Fenwick lawyer calls an evolution of the startup legal practice.

Fenwick & West LLP announced Wednesday that the latest version of its seed fundraising round legal documents, curated by Mountain View-based corporate partner Ted G. Wang, have been hosted on the widely-used code sharing website GitHub Inc.
