The State Bar Board of Trustees is set to consider adding a new fee to lawyers' dues bills to help fund struggling legal services programs.
During meetings Wednesday and Thursday in Sacramento, the trustees are scheduled to debate whether to ask the Legislature to impose a legal services dues surcharge.
