Report finds judicial nominee pool less diverse

An annual report indicates that the judicial nominee pool was slightly less diverse in 2012 than in the previous year.

An annual report indicates that the judicial nominee pool was slightly less diverse in 2012 than in the previous year. The report, released last week, shows the pool of applicants reviewed in 2012 for judgeships was approximately 63 percent male and 36 percent female, roughly the same as in 2011 and 2010.
