Weil Gotshal gains Facebook as client in buy from Microsoft

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP represented Facebook Inc. in its agreement to purchase the Atlas Advertiser Suite software line from Microsoft Corp. for an undisclosed amount. Facebook announced the deal Wednesday.
