San Diego judge to retire
San Diego Superior Court Judge Lisa A. Foster will retire on Feb. 28 following 10 years on the bench.

SAN DIEGO - San Diego Superior Court Judge Lisa A. Foster will retire on Feb. 28 following 10 years on the bench.
Appointed by Gov. Gray Davis in 2002, Foster, 55, has had assignments in criminal, family and civil departments.
