Appellate court won't reinstate Pfizer verdict

A biomedical research nonprofit has failed in its effort to have a $58 million verdict against Pfizer Inc. reinstated. The 6th District Court of Appeal upheld the trial court's decision to vacate the verdict for lack of evidence.
