On the heels of a near-shutdown that drew national attention to the nation's busiest seaport, the Port of Los Angeles announced Wednesday that Janna Sidley will take the reins as its new general counsel.
Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich appointed Sidley, who joins after 10 years at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. She will officially start work on March 4.
