Family courts in Marin, Sacramento counties improving in vetting appointees, auditor says
Family courts in Marin and Sacramento counties have improved in response to a two-year-old report from the state auditor's office, which said the two courts weren't doing enough resume vetting of some appointees in custody disputes.

Family courts in Marin and Sacramento counties have improved in response to a two-year-old report from the state auditor's office, which said the two courts weren't doing enough resume vetting of some appointees in custody disputes.
But Sacramento County Superior Court could improve further, according to an updated report from State Auditor Elaine M. Howle's office this month.
