A longtime pro bono women's rights advocate has left private practice to serve as the chief legal counsel for Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California.
Beth Parker was officially named to her new role on Feb. 4, replacing the recently retired Lilly Spitz, according to PPAC spokeswoman Ana Sandoval.
