Firm represents Guatemala in notes offering

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP represented the Republic of Guatemala in its recent offering of $700 million in senior notes at 4.875 percent, due 2028, the firm announced Thursday. The Davis Polk team included New York corporate partner Nicholas A. Kronfeld and Menlo Park associate David J. Zelkind. Cuestas PPQ SA advised Guatemala on aspects of Guatemalan law.
