Downtown Los Angeles' Kyoto Grand trades hands
UBS Realty Investors bought the Kyoto Grand Hotel and Gardens in downtown Los Angeles for a reported $45 million.
The 21-story, 434-room hotel, sold by 3D Investments, is expected to be rebranded as a DoubleTree hotel. Brokers involved in the deal declined to disclose the price, but industry newsletter Real Estate Alert said UBS paid $45 million.
