Slew of firms aid US Airways tie up with American Airlines
In a merger that involved roughly a dozen law firms, the boards of directors of both AMR Corp., parent to American Airlines Inc., and US Airways Group Inc., decided to approve a Valentine's Day marriage between the two commercial airlines.

In a merger agreement that involved roughly a dozen law firms, the boards of directors of both AMR Corp., parent to American Airlines Inc., and US Airways Group Inc., have decided to approve a Valentine's Day marriage between the two commercial airlines that values the new company at $11 billion.
