Kirkland brings in Wilson deals partner as two others leave
As part of its national push to expand its public company transactional practice, Kirkland & Ellis LLP has hired a former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partner who helped broker some of the largest recent acquisitions in Silicon Valley.

Just as it says goodbye to two of its veteran partners in Northern California, Kirkland & Ellis LLP has hired a former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC partner who helped broker some of the largest acquisitions in Silicon Valley last year.
