James R. Walther this week jumped from Mayer Brown to the Los Angeles office of Arnold & Porter LLP, a source told the Daily Journal.

He began at Arnold & Porter on Wednesday, according to a staff member there. By late Thursday, Mayer Brown had removed Walther's page from the firm's website.
