IMT Capital LLC, a private equity firm, and its affiliate apartment operator, Sherman Oaks-based IMT Residential, purchased the former headquarters of Sunkist Growers Inc. in Sherman Oaks.
Terms of the transaction weren't disclosed.
The property, located at 14130 Riverside Drive, sits on more than eight acres and is home to a multitenant office building.
