Former general counsel stands alone in SEC stock options backdating case
After losing a bid to get the case against her dismissed Wednesday, Susan Skaer - the former general counsel at Mercury Interactive LLC - is the last defendant in a stock options backdating case scheduled for trial March 11.

After losing a bid to get the case against her dismissed Wednesday, Susan Skaer - the former general counsel at Mercury Interactive LLC - is the last defendant in a stock options backdating case scheduled for trial March 11.
Two other former executives at Mercury Interactive settled the case with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last week, subject to the commission's final approval....
