Assembly hearing helps branch court lawmaker sympathy

An Assembly Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday highlighted the impact of funding cuts to courts over the years and warned worse is on the way if branch can't get more money.

SACRAMENTO - Comments leaned toward the dramatic Tuesday at an Assembly Judiciary Committee hearing on cuts to court budgets over the past few years.
