O'Melveny leads Samsung further into medical imaging

O'Melveny & Myers LLP represented Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. in Samsung Electronics America Inc.'s purchase of NeuroLogica Corp., developer of portable CT scanners, in a deal both companies announced late last month.

O'Melveny & Myers LLP announced this week it represented Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. in Samsung Electronics America Inc.'s purchase of NeuroLogica Corp., developer of portable CT scanners.

Terms of the deal, announced last month, were not disclosed.
