Female Daiichi Sankyo employees allege gender discrimination

Six female employees of prescription drug company Daiichi Sankyo Inc. filed a putative class action in the Northern District of California Monday alleging gender discrimination.

Six female employees of prescription drug company Daiichi Sankyo Inc. filed a putative class action in the Northern District of California Monday alleging gender discrimination. The plaintiffs, all of whom took maternity leaves, allege they received unequal pay and advancement, negative performance reviews and inappropriate comments from supervisors.
