Developer buys nearly 10,000 acres in Hesperia
Terre Verde Group LLC, a real estate investment company, acquired Rancho Las Flores, a 9,850-acre, master-planned residential community in Hesperia.
The company purchased the land out of bankruptcy from R.E. Loans, a private mortgage lender, for $45 million.
The High Desert project is slated for 15,500 homes.
