Cloud company hits market in week of IPOs

Jive Software Inc. started trading on Tuesday after raising $161.3 million dollars in its initial public offering. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC advised the company.

PALO ALTO - Jive Software Inc. started trading on Tuesday after raising $161.3 million dollars in its initial public offering. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC advised the company.
