Plaintiffs' attorneys share advice at San Francisco convention

SAN FRANCISCO- Many attorneys are celebrating Wednesday's re-election of President Barack Obama and the passage of Proposition 30, a tax increase measure that could halt further cuts to the judiciary. But others know their work protecting state courts is not done.
